Meet Our Trainer

Kelly Kalkwarf_edited.jpg

Kelly Kalkwarf

Kelly Kalkwarf is an Advanced Certified NeurOptimal® Trainer through the Zengar Institute Inc. based in Canada. Before becoming a Trainer, she was a stay-at-home parent for 15 years after a lengthy career in office administration in local start-ups and corporations. She discovered the fantastic benefits of neurofeedback in 2018 when chronic stress and anxiety manifested physically as stubborn skin rashes, brain fog, focus and concentration issues, heart palpitations, and appetite loss. Her struggles in combination with navigating Autism, ADHD, and anxiety for her child in a Western medicine society led her to neurofeedback and the catalyst to open West Seattle Neurofeedback in 2019. Through neurofeedback, she was able to manage stress better, reduce her anxiety, improve organization, and have profound perspective shifts in the rigidity of how things "should" be. She loves the ability to have space for impactful change for others in areas of health, aging, marriage, parenting, chronic illness, focus, anxiety, and trauma through finding new perspectives with neurofeedback.
